It is important that upon receipt you check your order and ensure that it has arrived safe and undamaged always. If any damage, errors or issues arise then these need to be reported to us immediately so we can take appropriate and decisive action!

Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 120 days without giving a reason.
you may not return/ refund your order after 120 days from the date of purchase.
The process for your cancellation/refund will require you to send an email to our returns team. At email@example.com. Our returns team will review your request, and provide you with instructions, please follow the instructions to ensure a quick and easy return.
Please ensure that the items you are returning are unopened and in any original packaging. Unwanted goods need to be in pristine condition with any retail seals unbroken to return and attain a full refund.
Effects of Cancellation
If you wish to return your order due to change of mind and please be aware that we will only reimburse the cost of the product less a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and return shipping is to be paid by you.
If the product is Damage or not fit for use or not as described, you will be refunded 100% of product cost as well as shipping and return freight.
We recommend taking the optional insurance as we do not take responsibility for loss during transit, theft or loss after delivery.
Refunds can be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction or offer you store credit to the same value at your discretion. As a sign of goodwill, we will offer you a further 5% discount towards your next purchase.
Once goods are received and checked your refund will be processed within 30 days.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?
We have high standards when it comes to packaging your order, however, mistakes, do occur from time to time. Please accept our apologies if you have received an incorrect item. As part of our customer objectives, we will do our utmost to resolve your query with speed, ease and with an absolute minimal inconvenience.
We will review each case individually when considering the return of the product; in some cases, we may require further information such as pictures so we can choose the best course of action. Our aim is to provide the best solution for you as quickly as possible
How do I arrange a return?

We will need to know your order number, the item you want to return and the reason for return Our returns team will review your request, and provide you with instructions, please follow the instructions to ensure a quick and easy return..
Please package the item securely and ensure our returns form is included inside.
You will need to obtain a proof of postage receipt when you send your item to us. Proof of postage does not cost anything but without it, we may not be able to process your refund or replacement in the rare event that your item is lost in transit. If you request a replacement and the product is no longer available, we will process a refund back to the original account used to purchase the item.
Please ensure that return items are well packed and insured when being posted back to our warehouse, as we do not take any responsibility for the item during return shipping.
